Climbing

Marble Arch

No known climbing here as of yet. There is a worth while litte absail/SRT training spot through a hole in the top of the arch down into the cladagh river. Throw a sling around the obvious anchor tree beside the hole at the top - (DO NOT DAMAGE THE TREE BY PULLING ROPE FROM THE BOTTOM). New route opportunities do exisit but only for those who like climbing waterfalls. Watch out for the park rangers!

Cascades Rising

Follow the 'cascading' river on the right of the tourist path parallel to the Clagagh river up to the marble arch. Expect to spend the next two day attempting to find your way through the fist 50 meters of passage

Hanging Rock

Yes the roumours are true some fecker bolted all the trees at this beast of a cliff

Monistar Sink

Look out for the falling rocks!! Inspite of that 'ioslated' incident the climbs are clean, hard long and fine.

Expect to get sandbagged

Tullybawn - the white church

located in a special place, Lots of handy new route potential both inside and outside the main cave

Crag X

This impressive crag that forms the entrance to xxxxx is well worth the visit. Hopefully great potential for at least 12 new lines up to VS/HVS with much more opportunity for the animals amoung you. Only one known route exits to date.

(Confirmation that no known routes exist at this crag was obtained form Raymond Finley at Gortatole OEC where Fermanagh/Cavan/Leitrim new route log has historically resided)

Reflections (HS) (March 2006 Stephen Read/Emma Ross) 25 meters - lake the left most obvious crak line (6m) beside the small arch from the river bed 10 meters up river from the impressive cave entrance. 2nd pitch: Start form the tree beside the main cliff surmount buldge to the obvious ledge at 2 meters take a broken line on the arete (avoiding loose rock on the left). Step out onto above flake at the top of arete easy scrambe to finish.
